Not a mockup: these are the actual www.benchflow.ai and skillsbench-website Next.js apps, checked out in this workspace, built and running as real dev servers, proxied in same-origin so we can inject fonts straight into their live DOM. Split, swipe and blink all show the genuine site; overlay and metrics are a separate, generic glyph-diff instrument underneath.

First load: the two real dev servers are cold-starting in the background. Any panel below that shows “booting…” retries on its own every 1.4s — no action needed.
The real /leaderboard route, served live from the actual app. Scroll one pane, both follow.
The real /research/skillsbench article, served live. Drag the handle; both panes scroll together.
The real homepage, live — hero, radar chart, activity feed. The blink comparator: astronomers flicked between two photographic plates to catch a moving object a static side-by-side hides. Same trick, two typefaces.
Both faces rasterized at matched size and composited: solid colour where only one face marks the page, dark where they agree.
Live canvas measurement of both faces at matched size — not specimen claims.
